You can export customer and contact data in CSV or Excel format. The format of the export is identical to the format required for importing. This means you can export your company or contact data, make changes in your spreadsheet, and import those changes back into your Uphance account.
To export:
Navigate to Customer Relationships >> Customers
Click the Actions button at the top-right corner and download as Excel or CSV to export the file. To import, follow the same steps, but this time select Upload Customer/Contact data
