Creating internal orders allows you to efficiently move stock across your warehouses while accounting for the in-transit period.

For example, if you want to move stock from your warehouse located in, say, Australia to another in New Zealand and you estimate the transit period will last about 3 days, creating an internal order is your best bet.

To create one, navigate to Order Management >> Internal Orders >> New Internal Order. Next, select a season, brand (optional), channel, and, most importantly, the warehouse you will be picking stock from and the one you intend to send it to.

After that, select the products and confirm the order.

With the order confirmed, the next thing you will want to do is to create a pick ticket for it, ship and then receive it into the destination warehouse.

Downloading Internal Orders as Excel/CSV

You can easily download internal orders with a few taps of the button. To do so, open internal orders and apply filters(if applicable). Finally, select your preferred file format, which could be Excel or CSV.
