How to Filter and Export Sales Orders

Uphance provides you with a powerful filtering feature that allows you to see all of your Sales Orders in one view. Plus, it also gives you the option to export your sales orders as Excel or CSV, enabling you to gain more visibility into your business.

How to Filter Sales Orders

You can filter your sales orders before exporting them. You can filter them based on season, status, stylist, warehouse, etc.

To filter your sales orders, simply navigate to Order Management >> Sales Orders. Then select your filter criteria.

Keep in mind that you can also export based on order and ship dates.

Exporting the Sales Orders

After filtering your sales orders, the next thing you might want to do is to export them as a CSV or Excel file.

You have two options for this:

  • Export without quantities

  • Export with quantities

To export without quantities, simply scroll to the bottom of the page and select the format you would like to export the file (Excel or CSV).

The exported file will look something like this:

To export with quantities, click Actions and select Download sales quantities CSV or Excel

How to Filter for Orders That Haven't Been Picked Yet

If you are looking to view all sales orders that haven't been picked yet or orders that have been shipped without invoicing, you can easily do so by applying filtering as illustrated below:
