How to Enable And Use the Multi-Brand Feature

Activate the Multibrand functionality on Uphance with the following simple steps.

Uphance supports your Multibrand strategy by allowing you to connect your multiple brands and manage from one central dashboard. For instance, if you have multiple brands with separate Shopify accounts, you can connect all these accounts to Uphance. In addition, you can sync inventory across the brands you add to the Iconic Marketplace, Similarly, Uphance can allow you to align your Multibrand inventory with The Iconic Marketplace, JOOR, etc.

Interestingly, you can assign a particular customer or agent to one or more brands at a time.

Activating The Multi-Brand Feature

By default, the multi-brand feature should be enabled on your account. But if it's not, navigate to Settings >> Companies and enable it. You can also make the brands visible on your B2B platform for users who aren't logged in yet.

Adding a Brand

Once you've enabled the multi-brand feature, you can add the brands you want. To do so, just click the + button at the right side corner of the screen.
