Uphance supports your Multibrand strategy by allowing you to connect your multiple brands and manage from one central dashboard. For instance, if you have multiple brands with separate Shopify accounts, you can connect all these accounts to Uphance. Similarly, Uphance can allow you to align your Multibrand inventory with The Iconic Marketplace. When configured correctly, Uphance will also allow you to assign specific customers or agents to different brands.

To enable and use multiple brands on Uphance;
Activate Multibrand Functionality
To enable the multibrand functionality on your Uphance account, you’ll need to do the following.
Navigate to Settings from the bottom left of your Uphance Dashboard.
Click Company to open the configuration page for companies.
From the Company Settings panel, scroll to the Brands section at the bottom of the page.
Check the Enable Brands button to activate the Multibrand functionality.
Add a Brand
A company can have multiple brands
If you need to add a new brand;
Navigate to the Brands section at the bottom of the page.
Click the Add (+) icon on the right-hand side to add a new Brand.
Enter your branding information including your brand name, address, email, phone number, and website.
Upload your brand logo and image to customize your branding.
Click the Save button to save your changes and successfully add your brand.
How to Add Brands to The Iconic Marketplace
To link your company and multiple brands on Uphance with The Iconic Marketplace;
Navigate to Apps on the bottom left section of the page.
Scroll to The Iconic Marketplace and Click Configure to enter the configuration panel for the marketplace.
Locate the top section of the page and navigate to Iconic Company. Select your preferred company from the list.
All the brands associated with the company should be displayed at the bottom of the page.
