When you generate an invoice, confirm and ship and order, receive production orders, etc. Uphance automatically sends an email notification to your registered email.

However, often, these emails end up in your junk/spam box instead of your inbox.

To prevent this from happening, you have to authenticate your email domain. Thankfully, authenticating your email domain in Uphance is anything but difficult.

Here’s how to go about it.

How to Authenticate Your Email Domain in Uphance

To authenticate your email domain, log in to your Uphance account and navigate to Settings >> Emails

Clicking the button will fire up the Emails configuration page.

On that page, scroll down to the bottom where you will see the Domain Authentication section.

Click the + button to add your domain URL.

Next, enter your domain URL and after that click the Authenticate Your Domain button.

Upon clicking that button, a set of DNS records would be automatically generated for you. The next thing you will want to do is to install it on your domain.
