When you process an order in Shopify, you will want to ensure that the carrier and services you used for that order sync correctly in Uphance.
To do so, follow these steps:
Step 1: Set up the shipping carrier in Shopify
The very first step is to set up your preferred shipping carrier on Shopify. To do so, log in to your Shopify account and navigate to Settings >> Shipping and delivery >> General shipping rates
There, add your shipping rates as well as your shipping carrier.
Step 2: Add the selected shipping carrier in Uphance
The next step is to ensure that the carrier you selected in Shopify is also added in Uphance.
To do so, log in to your Uphance account and navigate to Settings >> Shipping. There, select your preferred carrier like so:
Step 3: Map the carrier and service
After adding the selected carrier in Uphance, the final step is to map it to ensure it matches your shipping line on Shopify.
Note that shipping lines could be Standard, Express, Standard International or Express International on Shopify, and they should match your shipping settings.
To map the carrier, click the Apps tab, click the Shopify configure button, and map the carrier by using its shipping line code and name like so:
When you are done, click the Save button at the top section of the page.
