Uphance now allows you to sync notes left by your customers right into your account. To enable this feature, first, you need to ensure that you've connected your Shopify account properly.

Next, navigate to Apps >> Shopify >> Configure. On that page, scroll down to the Order Notes section. Then type in notes in the Internal Notes field.

After that, open an order in Shopify and add a note to it.

Finally, open the order in your Uphance account, and you will see the note. You can edit the note if you want to.
