Integrating Hilldun With Uphance

Here are the steps to follow to integrate Hilldun with Uphance to start processing orders:

Step 1: Install and Configure The App

Before installing the app, contact Hilldun support and inform them that you will be integrating with Uphance. They will then provide you with the Client Code, FTP Username and FTP Password.

Once you receive the client code and FTP credential, proceed to configure the app. To do so, open Apps >> All Apps >> Hilldun to install the app. But if you have installed it already, just click the My Apps tab instead and begin the configuration. Then input the credentials you just received into the appropriate fields and save.

Step 2: Request Testing Credit from Hilldun's Team

To be sure the configuration worked well, Uphance will have to run some test credits. We email Hilldun support.

Step 3: Create a Hilldun Request in Uphance

This is where you send the test credit request by going to Order Management > Sales Orders > select the sales order > Actions > Create Hilldun Request.

Please note that the fields below are mandatory:

  • Billing Contact

  • Billing Phone Number

  • Billing Email Address

  • Billing Address

  • Shipping Contact

  • Shipping Phone Number

  • Shipping Email Address

  • Shipping Address

  • Payment Terms

  • Tax Rate

  • Start Ship Date

  • Cancel Ship Date

  • Pick Ticket Carrier and Services

  • Pick Ticket Tracking Number

To check the credit request status, go to Apps > Hilldun > Configure > Credit Requests > View Credit Requests.

Please note that we also have Hilldun Status on the Order Management > Sales Order page.

To pull the credit request response, simply click the pull credit responses button.

Step 4: Add Bank Details Per Channel for Hilldun

This is a straightforward process. In the Settings section, paste in the bank details for each channel.

Step 5: Send Invoices to Hilldun

Once the credit request has been approved and you've added your bank details, you can begin sending invoices to Hilldun by navigating to Order Management > Invoices. Select the invoice(s) you want to send and click Actions > Send to Hilldun.

You will see the status below if the invoice was successfully sent:
