Steps to Integrating Uphance With Rithum-DSCO

Step 1: Get Your Client Credentials From DSCO Support

You will need an API token to link Uphance up with DSCO. To get the token, you will need to send an email to [email protected] with a title of 'Create Client Credentials for Me' requesting your token.

Be sure to include your account name and the username associated with your account in the body of the email.

Step 2: Install The App And Connect It To Your Account

Now that you have your token, the next thing you will want to do is to install the Rithum-DSCO app and connect it to Uphance by pasting in the token and saving it.

Click the Test Connection button to check if the connection was successfully established.

Step 3: Creating a Sandbox Account

With the app installed, you will want to test the connection to ensure it's working as expected (although this step is completely optional). To do so, simply click the "Do you want to connect to Staging?" checkbox, followed by the save button.

Once enabled, a sandbox account will be created for testing purposes. Uncheck once you are done testing and save.

Step 4: Configure the App Setup

The next step is to configure the app setup. A good place to start is selecting the sales channel from which you want to pull orders.

After that, select the type of stock you would like to sync (Available from stock or Available).

Next, click the Stock sync button (which is on by default) to sync stock from Uphance to Rithum. In a similar vein, click the Order sync toggle button to sync orders from Rithum to Uphance.

Additionally, select the brand for Rithum DSCO, which will be used for applying labels to orders pulled from Rithum.

After that, set the interval period to automatically sync orders from Rithum to Uphance.

Shipping Carrier and Warehouse Location Mapping

You will need to add a shipping carrier and map your warehouses in Uphance to the corresponding warehouse location in Rithum.

Sending Products From Uphance to Rithum DSCO

To send products from Uphance to DSCO, simply select the season and brand to pull the product information from.

Pulling Orders Manually From Rithum

Although you can set the system to automatically pull in orders from Rithum into Uphance, there are times when you want to pull them in manually, particularly in times of emergency.

To do so, simply scroll to the bottom of the page and click the pull order button like so:

Sending Shipments to Rithum

To send a shipment from Uphance to Rithum, you must add:

  • A tracking number

  • Shipment method

  • Shipping carrier

Once you add this detail and ship an order, the shipment will be automatically sent to Rithum.

PS: It's important to ensure product SKUS in Uphance match those in Rithum.
